Dayana Galindo, AMFT

Supervised by Barbara McCarthy-Kerber

Hi! I’m Dayana — a licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) passionate about supporting individuals, children, adolescents, and families through life’s challenges with empathy, cultural humility, and evidence-based care.

I earned my Master’s degree in Marriage, Family, and Child Counseling from California State University, Fresno. During my clinical training, I gained experience providing bilingual therapy and working collaboratively with clients from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. I utilize a range of therapeutic approaches — including CBT, DBT, trauma-informed practices, and family systems interventions — to help clients build insight, resilience, and meaningful change.

My clinical interests include anxiety, depression, trauma, relational challenges, and adjustment concerns. I believe therapy is most effective when rooted in connection and understanding, so I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to move toward their goals. I look forward to walking alongside my clients as they grow, strengthen, and thrive.
